Sarah is a beautiful red and white American Pit Bull Terrier Mix with the prettiest green eyes. At two years old, she is one of the most mellow and sweetest girls around. She absolutely adores affection and will give you her best if you let her. She bonds quick and strong with her people and would be the greatest companion a person could ask for. While Sarah is shy and even nervous at times, she doesn't care too much for any pity – all she wants is your love! It does take her at least a week to warm up to a new environment, but once she does she blossoms into an exceptional dog. She isn't as fragile as she seems, though she is very gentle with everything she does. Sarah gets along with most dogs, and loves to play with her foster brothers and sisters, especially if there's water involved. That's right, she's a water dog, too! She always has a blast playing in the dog pool. Sarah is also really good with cats, as she just loves everyone. She is good with kids, but loud and hyper children tend to make her nervous and scared so we ask that should she go to a home with children, it's a calm and quiet household. Sarah knows “sit” on command, is learning “down”, and even comes when she's called. She is also kennel trained, and house trained. All Sarah needs is the chance she was never given to be a normal dog, with a loving family.

Sarah's adoption fee of $125.00 includes her microchip, spay, current DHPP and rabies vaccination.  An additional fee of $11.00 will be collected at time of adoption for license transfer.
