Lizzy is a 20 pound, one year old, female, terrier mix. Lizzy adores being an integral part of a family. She is extremely loyal and loves to show affection by giving kisses. Lizzy walks beautifully on a leash and her foster mom suspects she had some past leash training. She is house trained and uses a doggy door. Lizzy loves wrestling with other dogs of all sizes. Lizzy has beautiful green eyes which light up when she sees children. She is not a big barker though she will alert you if something  is out of the ordinary. Lizzy enjoys snoozing on her back on the couch. She is often found playing with a stuffed toy held between her paws while she lies on her back. She sleeps in bed with her family and is an excellent cuddler. Lizzy does SHED!! She is also learning boundaries; she needs reassurance that she is loved. Most importantly, Lizzy wants someone to choose her forever. She promises to make you laugh with her silly antics, and she will keep you company while you are walking, hiking, or just doing chores around the house. 

Lizzy's adoption fee of $200.00 includes her microchip, neuter, DHPP series and Rabies vaccine. 

Not included in the adoption fee is county license or microchip registration.

Puppy will need potty training as well as basic puppy training. We strongly recommend basic puppy training group classes as it helps build bonds between the adopter and puppy as well as sets boundaries and establishes good patterns for life time commitment.

We always recommend training classes.  We recommend Building Bonds because they use cleaners shown to kill parvo, provide a sanitized environment, and do not use shock collars.  It's real training for families that love their dogs.
