Champ is an awesome dog looking for a place to call home. He's a three year old German Shepherd with a great personality. Champ is a huge cuddle bug and loves to give hugs. This big boy is very gentle, and not at all clumsy for his size. He will always be by your side, helping you out with whatever you do. He's currently being kennel trained, and he's learning to walk on a leash a little better. He'd be a great dog for a family with older kids. He'll politely wait for your attention, and he loves to crawl into bed with you at night. Champ loves to play outside, but he's also has great house manners and knows not to rough-around indoors. He can "sit" on command and give you his full attention. He will need a good quality food to help him gain some weight as he's still very skinny. He's fully house-trained and gets along with other dogs, and kids. He's not good with cats/little dogs. He's pretty good with older kids, but he's not tug-proof. He's a sweet boy with a big heart, who needs someone to love him and give him a home.
