Galway needs surgery, his shoulder was injuried possibly broken and left unattended to.  It is believed this injury was possibly from a car hitting him.  The damage was great and the shoulder area has done some healing, but the shoulder is severly damaged and unrepairable, so he needs to have his leg amputated, so he can live a full productive life.

We will update his progress here as he heals.

UPDATE:  Galway's leg was saved and he is recovered and ready to find his forever home.

We are looking for donations to help cover his medical and for whatever else he may need to have a full recovery.

Galway is a great boy looking for a family of his own. He is a fun loving guy with lots of energy. He is very intelligent and extremely handsome. He had a rough start to life, being hit by a car and breaking his front leg. He is all healed now and loves to run and play, but he still has a limp after too much running. He will probably have arthritis in his leg later in life and is taking glucosamine to help with his injury. He is crate trained, and gets along great with other dogs of all genders and a variety of ages, as well as cats and even horses.

Galway's adoption fee of $150.00 includes his neuter, microchip and current DHPP and Rabies vaccinations.  An additional fee of $10.50 will be collected at the time of his adoption for license transfer.
