Darcy is a stunning brindle colored golden retriever/lab mix pup that will steal your heart with his hugs and kisses. He is a puppy and has the energy of a puppy. He loves to run and play in the kiddy pool on a hot day. He is very curious about this big, smelly world and loves it when he gets to go for runs/walks and take it all in. Darcy wants to be a landscaper when he grows up. He loves to dig and rearrange yards, though he is young, so he may change his career goals in the future. Darcy does love to play in the yard, but he enjoys his inside time as well. He loves to come in after play time and snuggle up with his family. He loves his family so much and knows they don’t like when he goes potty inside, so he waits to do that outside. He tries to mind his manners and sit and stay when he is told, but sometimes he forgets what is being asked of him, so he needs reminding. He understands that his family can’t always stay with him either, so he is perfectly happy hanging out in his kennel while they are away. He would really appreciate it if he could have some toys and bones to chew so he doesn’t get bored. His puppy teeth can bother him sometimes so he loves to have bones available to chew on. Darcy loves all his foster brothers so much and hopes his new family will have a friend or two for him to play with too. They are so much fun to play with! He isn’t so sure about cats though. He’s never met one in person. Darcy is a little firecracker that can bring so much fun and excitement to your family. His upbeat attitude makes it almost impossible not to smile.
