Meet Phoenix, he is an 8 month old pointer/pit mix. He is a bundle of energy and would do best with a runner or active family. He loves dogs but can be too much for some dogs. He has been learning boundaries and is doing very well learning how to coexist with other dogs. Although he does not show aggression towards the cats in his foster home, he is a little too playful and could hurt them accidentally. He knows sit and is learning to go into his kennel when asked. He is housebroken but since he is still a puppy will have the occasional accident if he is asked to hold it too long. Phoenix loves attention and will bond very closely to his people if given the chance. Phoenix's adoption fee of $150.00 includes his microchip, neuter, DHPP series and Rabies vaccine.
