Nio was rescued from South Tucson with the assistance of TPD.  He was covered in matts and cacti.  Toto Too Grooming donated several hours of time to get him cleaned up.  He is being treated medically at Broadway Animal Hospital and will have a dental and alter completed prior to adoption.
