Tar is very gentle and sweet. He gets along with my two dogs and two cats very well. He is always willing to please. He walks well on a leash and is good when meeting other dogs in the neighborhood. He is always wagging his tail when meeting  strangers. And only barks when someone is at the door. Good watch dog!
Tar is not shy and is willing to please you with a smile on his face. Not only is he playful but a cuddle bug as well! He loves to snuggle with you whenever invited. He would make a great companion for anyone especially, if they have another dog. He doesn't care to be left alone by himself.
Tar is smart and well mannered. He does not try to steal food from other dogs, and only will eat when you invite him. He knows the following commands, sit, wait, stop, potty, ball, drop it, get it, treat, walk, nice, and good boy! And of course his name! He would be a great addition for anyone who is looking to add a loyal friend to their home.

Tar is housebroken and uses a doggie door.

Tar suffers from severe separation anxiety. He needs to be in a home with other dogs, a doggie door, and someone home most of the time.

Tar's adoption fee of $125.00 includes his neuter, microchip and current DHPP and Rabies vaccinations.  An additional fee of $11.00 will be collected at time of adoption for license transfer.
