Rowdy is just about the cutest, little headed dog on the planet! There is no doubt that this boy has a lot of character, not only from the way he looks, but from the way he behaves. He loves life and is such a curious little man. If you are looking for a dog that will always greet you as the happiest dog in the world, then he is the dog for you. He loves to play especially if another dog is around or if another dog has a toy, he jumps right in! Rowdy would love to go to a home with another dog to play with but would be fine being an only dog as well. Rowdy gets along great with cats, mostly ignoring them and would love to have some kids of his own to play with. Rowdy is still a youngster, but has his potty training down almost perfectly. He is also kennel trained and just needs to be let out occasionally to avoid an accident as he still has a puppy bladder. It is hilarious to see him sleeping in the kennel as he sleeps in all manner of funny positions.

Rowdy is a special needs dog because he is deaf, so we would like his adopter to work with him and keep up with his training. He is learning his hand signals and is very food motivated, so I find using a good treat is the way to keep his attention. He is learning his "sit", "stay" and "wait" signals and gets them most of the time. He is a special boy who deserves a special family. Rowdy's favorite saying is, "I once was lost, but now I am found."

Rowdy's adoption fee of $150.00 includes his neuter, microchip, current DHPP and Rabies vaccinations. An additional fee of $11.00 will be collected at time of adoption for license transfer.
